John Keeshan Memorial Montauk Turkey Trot

Montauk Turkey Trot History – On Thanksgiving morning 1976, John Keeshan got together with some friends to engage in a morning run from the Village Green, to the Lighthouse, and then back again. This developed into a yearly tradition, which eventually became the annual event that is now under the direction of the East Hampton Town, Recreation Department. The distance from the village green to the lighthouse and back is 11 miles will be run virtual only.

19th Annual Blue Point Turkey Trot

Join us for a scenic and flat run and walk through Blue Point on Thanksgiving morning. There is an untimed 5k and 1.5-mile walk, in addition to a kid's fun run so everyone can join! Registration is limited to 1600 participants, so make sure to sign up early! Participants will receive a commemorative technical fabric long sleeve race shirt.
